SHIPPING TO US FOR REPAIR OR CONVERSION

Download and fill out the packing slip. The packing slip goes into the box when shipping the camera. You can either ship a return label for your box, or purchase one from us. When shipping back to the customer, there are both shipping, and handling charges.

GENERAL POLICY

The responsibility to update or change shipping address falls upon the customer. Please inform us if you have any changes in shipping location.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Options for US domestic shipping are shown at checkout. We most often offer the following:

UPS, USPS, FedEx

Shipping is covered by the buyer, and the price is automatically calculated based off of the zipcode entered upon checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to much of the world. If you are unable to find shipping to your location, you can email us to request we add it.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

All return cost falls onto the buyer except in the case that the item is defective, and the buyer has communicated the issue with photos, or other demonstrations of defect. Cases in which the return cost falls onto the buyer includes but is not limited to the following:

Thin layer effects in filters, Items damaged by user, Wrong item purchased, Buyer’s remorse, etc.

There is a %20 restocking fee on all returns, that is deducted from the item refund.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Buyers have 30 days to return the item from date of delivery. Buyers must contact us through email and give their reason for returning the item. The restocking fee is either waived, maintained, this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If the item is returned in brand new condition, the restocking fee may be waived. Keep in mind conversions, and other such services cannot be returned.
